The 50 Not Finished™ Movement is Here

Hey! I am Julie Ciardi. I am the founder of IGNITE Her® a life & business mentorship community for women. I am a former vice president of marketing at IBM. At age 42, I knew I needed to follow my soul’s calling and start my own business.

I am also a mom of 3 amazing children, and to leave a “successful” high paying job to pursue my true life’s purpose was scary. I felt guilty. What if it didn’t work? Well, almost 8 years later, I am so grateful to my early 40s self for making a bold, big move.

Now, I get to do the work I was meant to do in the world. Helping women step into their life’s work, their true purpose. I have students and clients all over the world, and each of them is working to IGNITE Her® ~ her highest potential & purpose.

As I turn 50 later this year, I realize that many women have dreams that they have yet to pursue. As we approach the next chapter of our lives it is so important to look at the dreams that you labeled as “someday” and turn them into dreams you are working on NOW.

I felt a calling to begin a movement I call 50, Not Finished™ and began to write my next book. 50, Not Finished™ the book will launch in February 2025, but I didn’t want to wait in getting the information, inspiration and transformation out to the beautiful women of the world nearing or are over 50.
